Does anyone know what happened at the AGM yesterday? When does the reverse split kick in?

I got there too late to hear the presentation, but was able to catch the President on his way out. He talked very positively without being specific (he told me the company was purposely being very conservative in that regard since previous management was "out of control" regarding opportunities).
