lawsuithad a read of the documents, thanks for posting btw. It is definately not a good read and is effective in making DD look like an out right criminal. Like everyone else I have no idea how truthful the claims are and what really took place. Guess time will tell.....i find it hard to believe that DD would risk possible criminal repercussions and even moreso the fate of RDX as the claims state. DD could be a multimillion or even billionaire if RDX proves to be successful. 1 mil is small potatoes for him. There is no question that this many lawsuits makes many people wonder as to DD ability to build relationships but at the end of the day the technology is incredible and from what I can tell they are slowly getting the ball rolling on infrastructure/contracts to bring significant revenue. I eagerly await the CC and future PROOF of revenue. GLTA and do your own DD
