Everything that has been done by RECO/ROE is legal. But it is also unethical. RECO even has a Chief Compliance Officer whose background is top tier, and the Chairman of Board of RECO is a Queen's Counsel.
Both they cannot maintain support of the merger and keep their gold plated reputations, unless they resign. the whole RECO board needs to resign and without delay. I expect that soon.
