The whales (mutual funds, hedge funds, etc) have just now entered the waters, please look at the average transaction size on OTC and I am guessing TSX.   not us small longs,  They, the whales own 75% plus of the major stocks.  Recon can and will transition from a "junior oil and gas" player to at least a medium player.

     I believe many funds are not allowed (or choose not to) to buy shares under $3 per share.  If I'm right about that, there could be a stampede of institutional buying.  Just for RECO'S speculative value or potential, I can see the shares priced at $5 -- without any news.      If this is the monster basin that some experts believe, we'll see ...more
