Bogus reasoning.

Insiders own 23 % of company plus lots of options.Their friends and family probably also own some. Then there are all the longs here waiting for the BIG payout so it will be hard to get the control for a takeover.
It would be better to keep the good news flowing and drive the price up to keep the sharks away.

I agree. Hard to imagine anything but bad news with the recent drop in share price.
