Shell has $ 33 Billion in Cash to make ACQUISITIONS

I believe that a deal will be concluded with Shell.

There is also the possibility of a deal with Total.

I think these are the two (2) companies presently in discussions with RECO.

It is obvious by the rapidty both ROE and RECO arrived at a deal to unite.  There is some force that threatens both of them. 

We will know soon enough. 

However, RECO does have an obligation to let their shareholders know, that is if these rumors are correct.

Too bad but I'll take $55/share if possible.  what would be the dea per share in your opinion?

I can only go with fair valuations. Land with gas as oil shows are valued $ 853 per acre. We will have 8,500,000 acres with ROE so valuation of $ 7.2 billion.  That means a price of $ 55 to $ 60 per share, which is around your target price. If hole #2 hits, then price doubles to $ 90 per share as we will have more bidders.  So if I were Shell (if rumours are correct) I would make a ...more

i like the idea of selling 49%  a whole lot better than 50%!  and not for $40 to $50!!!  triple that maybe.

It would make sense for shell. they have operation in south africa. Another basin
