this is the same short and distort program, along with the day traders. Shorts selling shares back and forth to themselves. After the drop last week, shorts run the sp up and take new positions so they can do just what ur witnessing now, guessing and of the day they will cover. Just like Jimmy Cramer told us shorts buy a bunch of shares and then start there distort program and buy and sell between
