Russians want in on Namibian oil? The Russia-Africa Summit just concluded and there has been a lot of glowing press about it and in particular how Russia helped SA and Namibia during the apartpid times. Now they seem to want in with their old allies in Namibia. But one problem: the Chinese are already heavily in Namibia.
Would it not be wonderful for us if the Russians and Chinese got into a bidding war for Recaf?
