What day did we really start drilling
The rig was on location on Dec 21 2020 , that was 28 days ago people !!! When the well was drilled on my farm the rig pulled in at about 11:00 AM , at 5PM 6 hours later the rig was up and drilling ......
Something tells me the hole is at least half way down

Sunday January 10th. Drilling commenced Before that they have another rig drill the preliminary 1000 ft and had everything ready to rock for when our beauty drill got on site. Sorry to burst the bubble.... However they are probably already at the level to detect the good stuff. I believe this is why seismic is already set to rock and roll

C6J6Dub6U only takes about 1 day to drill the first 1000 feet and set and cement the first casing ... Everything points to the drilling really started right after chrtstmas and that is the reason we doing seismic already

nope. Not a chance. You can't post news releases with false information. Sorry. They are smarter than to do that.

Farm1234, you can't compare drilling operations in Canada or the US to international operations. It is just NOT the same. Getting supplies, drilling fluids, casing, drilling mud product, pipe etc. Takes time and isn't just a phone call away like it is here. Sure - the rig was on location, but there's more to it than that.

@chas15 all those things plus more are logistics that are included within the AFE and drilling program. It wouldn't surprise me if everything minus casing strings shipped along with the rig.
