National Geographic has really lowered the bar in this past year , my guess is it is a matter of where the donations come from These days it is easyer to BEND the truth for MONEY than actually work for a living.

Hmm...I guess these same people don't realize that half of them wouldn't even exist. That is that the power systems, transport systems Fertilizer, plastics, drugs, et al that are ALL made with oil/Gas based products and make the very wolrd they live in possible. I'm thinkin' we should shut it all off for a month and revert to 1830 and see what happens....

Addendum: Without the Haber Process that uses natural gas to make feritilizer , the natural support level of this planet is 1.6 billion people..this process allows 7.7 billion to exist.
