Found this... https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/tsx-stock-delisting-3-things-160013079.html in the case of Reco I am not aware they’ve made an announcement of plans to be de-listed. According to this article 10 days notice is required.

Also the article reporting a halt mentions time of 12pm EST, but there was a trade at 12:08pm according to the stock ticker. Aren’t halts for at least 15 minutes???
