Why no mention of Africa let alone Recaf ???

Today's recent story about the lack of worldwide oil discoveries fails not only to mention Recaf but the great West African discoveries as well. This is very surprising and wrong.

Mr. Dalton and his local and African PR folk should be all over this to correct this  misreporting. Yet another example of anti-African bias?

Cause there's a difference between proven barrels and exploration oil plays that still haven't been proven up....
