I was beginning to wonder if the drilling would ever start but it has. Maybe the extra time worked towards choosing a better target. There are three wells drilled on our property. The first successful well came after they ran two separate siesmic run that intersected each other. The company drilled at that intersection and they brought in a well that produced 4 mmscf/d natural gas from about 5000 ...more

I notice the volume is up a bit with increased SP. I would think that is a good sign. JMHO

The point i was making is that the more siesmic done the better the chance of finding what you are looking for. This happened back in 1991 , maybe before your time but still relevent.

No Angus I do agree; the more siesmics the better! As to 1991 being before my time, don't I wish! Even 1971 is not before my time. I was already investing then for years; started at 7 with my profits from my bottle cleaning operations. Remembering the Alaskan find, Tom Marshall, the geologist from Wyoming who studied fossils and rocks was prowling around Alaska for years and Humbolt Oil ...more

I agree new technology will help to speed things up as they proceed. The more accurate info the better. So far we have two siesmic runs along with two wells. From where Recon started they have a lot more insight. This is so interesting to watch.
