Do not drill here the location of in land Namibia has no oil ...ofshore yes ...study the age of the rocks ....what u r looking for is a shallow sea ...that collects the debre runoff ...in the era of the dinasaaurs ....90 % of the oil gas and coal was produced made during that time in anaerobic ...lack of oxygen  areas ...do you geology ....
