When will Reko finally go private?

There is no advantage for this company to be public.  It's IPO was in the '90's with no secondary offering thereafter.  With their strong balance sheet, can they not simply offer $6 per share and get the remaining 1.5M (give or take) shares in the float and eliminate the public company nonsense?
