Bonus Incentives for F2023-24

$6.8  million in Q2, $6.8 million in Q3 and $9.6 m in Q4 was paid in F2022-23.

All three of those quarters showed signifucant top line growth which presumably calibrated the bonus payments and incentives .

Is it likely that the same top line growth will be reproduced in this Fiscal Year ?

If it does, I am happy.
If it does not but remains stable , our net earnings will be the big benefactor ..

Also keep in mind that management has not been receiving dividend payments since late 2019 and they still want to be compensated.  The good news is that incentive bonus expenses is a cost that the company has control over. In good times, they may get paid and in bad times they don't have to.  That's $19.9m worth of flexibility which could help to stabilize profit margins going ...more

In Q1 fiscal 2023, $0 was paid in incentives In Q2, $6.4m was paid. in Q3, $4.9m was paid  in Q4, $8.6m was paid.  The sums totals $19.9m for fiscal 2023.

I don't think the Performance Bonus Incentives will stop even if we get the Dividend reinstatement. Probably only a few of the Excutives that receive these Bonuses actually own shares. If they meet the Targets set they will be awarded cash and/or share bonuses.
