How much weaker was CAD over the quarter?
What are interest rates on Eurodollars?
How many times per quarter are apparel items shipped to Canada?
How does Reitmans set initial garment prices / margins?   
Why doesn't LuLu, Aritzia management complain about CAD if it such a big deal?

I have lots of shares and have no issue increasing my holdings to vote against and litigating.
Donville Kent wants a single class and SIB.  This gives them liquidity at a premium.  When has Reitmans ever done an SIB for voting shares?   What are trading volumes for voting shares?  How many does Donville have?  Doesn't look like an arms lenght transaction.
