Management bonus

Q3 2023 profits were $14.6 million
$4.9 million increase in performance incentive plan expense.
Roughly 25% of profits went to management bonuses.

It was a decent quarter not a homerun.
When is management going to do something shareholder friendly like an NCIB?

They could easily do a 4 to 5 cent dividend per month.  Uplist first though.
