Some Questions Was browsing around the revulopay website and I am curious if anyone has any information behind the use of 'CCU Coin' and how it is beneficial to the premise behind the app? I can't seem to find much information behind it asides from some news releases in 2017-2018 discussing it as "cryptocurrency CU Coin for intended use in the multibillion tourism markets of the Caribbean and Cuba". What is the point of using this cryptocurrency instead of using an already established currency, such as the Euro, since CCU seems to be mached to the Euro anyways? Headquarters in Canada, using a Cuban/Carribean based cyptocurrency, and some banking liscense in Spain? Seems strange to me but I'm open to someone's explanation if they would be nice enough to correct me where I'm wrong.
Also, when going through those NR's in 2017 and 2018, it seems as though the company was more focused on playing the hype of the crypto game which in turn leads me to feeling uneasy about the current state of REVO and how it could possible compete and drive marketshare away from behemoth fintechs that are already in exsistance... People on this board seem to be interested in a potential buyout but I cannot see that happening as buyouts of apps tend to be for the userbase/data, of which, REVO is not even close to anything worth purchasing as the app has only been downloaded 1000+ times.
I'm generally a pessimist when it comes to stocks, especially penny stocks, so if you think I'm bashing I don't care as I'm just looking for some answers and opinions of others.
