This post takes me back some years , sounds like a Bayfield ventures operation , I held shares, when current Revo COB J. Pettit was active in mining sector. There was a buy out of Bayfield in 2015 by New Gold , as I recall this was not a profitable transaction for the shareholder but more than likely worked out very well for management, more of the same here?
