It's very rare that retail investors like us get to participate in PP's, Steve thankfully cares about his shareholders and wants them to succeed.

You could have sold 40,000 shares, bought 40,000 in the PP.  Then when it hit .30, sell your other 40,000 shares you have, keep the profits, and run the PP ones as freebies PLUS warrants  to each their own....

No pump needed.  The 13 investors selected are all long term shareholders who do not need or want to sell any shares.  There will be no selling pressure on June 19 or whatever the date was  steve doesn't need to sell either, with M&A approaching he wants max shares as do we all.

Satch, Steve has saved this company millions of shares of dilution by cashing it up himself.   you may not recognize that but I surely do.  I have no doubt he will add another 2.2 mil back into the coffers with the warrants as well, without selling  why would he sell?  It's M&A season.

Of course, but each time he "cashes up the company" he uses those funds to pay himself for his websites etc, if no cash, he doesn't get paid...it's all a mirage IMO.
