If you run your business out of Spain like Revo does and supply some type of service to the Crypto space, you MUST register to be able to legally do so in Spain.  Pretty simple and the other 27  EU member countries have their own requirements currently, just depends where you are running your business from. The usual Revo pump; try to make something out of nothing.

Think of it as it's compulsory for every financial service Company in the United States and Canada  having to register with FinCEN and FINTRAC; 10s of thousands of Companies have as they MUST. The purpose of these registrations is so Countries can keep a close eye on money laundering or terrorism funding.

You have to give your head a shake if you believe Revo is the only one registered in Spain.  Revo is the only one that has to make a big splash over something so simple as a registration though; most mature professional Companies just consider it a small part of the process to doing business.  The registration process in Spain started back in April 2021 and just imagine all the other
