Manresa bought his options a month before they expired ,but there is no explainable reason why he turned around and sold 300,000 shares in the publc market for a small profit when a supposed buyout is in the works 30 days from now. He knows the inside info and I'd be worried about that if I was a current shareholder, Some rumours going around that reports
