Well isn't that strange as the Ceo Steve personally has this clause stated in all the financials  " a result of a Change of Control" " Mr. Marshall will also receive the value of any in-the-money outstanding stock options held." Who are you trying to fool dummy ? ALSO , long time Director Bernard Lonis just sold all of his shares...go figure lmfao!
