Read the bottom of the last NR. The CEO Steve thought instead of buying the stock he is the CEO of who was about to have a "big buyout" in the open market...He took margin from his broker and bought a DIFFERENT company (obviously thinking that stock had a better chance of going up then Revo) when the stock went down his broker called his margin and now he needs to sell his Revo shares to ...more
