massive bids are being filled with SM shares.
SM will have sold all or most of his shares in a day or two.
Is this the deal? sell the buyer all of SM shares. SM is out and newbys are in and running the company
or using it for a new shell company. Jim Pettit , how about a statement or have you sold all your
shares.

This has me puzzled in a positive way... who's still willing to buy? Why hasn't the SP gone down to .05 or worse? How is this volume being maintained? There was no logical reason to extend the MOA, so what is the endgame with this liquidation of the CEO's shares? Are the other directors selling in high volumes as well?

Why would steve leave ... he has pocketed well over $20 million from this ATM ... all paid for by bag holders he has made from his pump and dumps !!! FACTS !!! Look up all the sedis and do the math if you don't believe me ... all his dumps have one at pimped news releases

This might sound naive, but if what you're saying is true why aren't regulators holding him accountable? Isn't it illegal to do pump and dump while purposely misguiding shareholders?
