Where is the 30 day update as per TSXV Policy?

Under Section 3.5 of TSXV Policy 3.3 REVO needs to update the market today on the PP. I'm waiting patiently

If exchange received proper documentation from issuer then an update is not mandated

You aren't reading it right. You skipped the word "or"

"....if an update has not been made OR if the Exchange has not received....etc" So if the Exchange did receive required documentation, then an update does not have to be made
