Definitely not simple but Inunderstand commentators here have never run a worldwide licensed fintech before 

just like they said the psd2 was severely delayed and would never happen.  

Perhaps this simple private placement will be worth the delay hehe

The same people bet against Steve with psd2 and visa, and will inevitably look just as foolish shortly with this investment closing  then it's onto their next tired old narrative
