Keep in mind Balboa, Guillen (current directors) have a lot of money invested here at .05 

im sure they have a plan to get a return on their investment, that starts with hiring the CEO and then acquiring the licenses

I think first of all one would need a business model that actually makes sense.  That boat has sailed long ago into the night.
