Once those questions are answered in the news , shareholders will need to evaluate the 2 potential possibilities

maybe more coming, sure seems like RevoluPAY is highly in demand.  

as it should be, these licenses are very valuable and simply aren't being handed out anymore

When a company is in receipt of an offer they must announce it to the market.  This is no "pump", the share price won't move during this process up or down much anyways.  Anyone knows this including the competent 3 directors at Revo  More details will follow after the questions posed in the news is answered by Mr Riveros
