why do rev0 nr's always go to my junk folder?
5 200 000 "incentive" (funny) options; 1.3M to 3 diff directors and 2.8M to consultants = 5.2M? 
But, it potentially raises $335k
Doesn't add up. Maybe a costly NR do-over
