Meridien Holdings LLC said it has "announced its intention to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)", although the IPO date has not yet been confirmed. The company also has a majority stake in "RevoluGROUP" and a 27% stake in "DKK Partners" of London, UK. (See latest news).

We are expecting the signing of the "DA" between Meridien and RevoluGROUP very soon.

Further to my post earlier today, that is highly unlikely as the mou will most likely not recieve exchange approval .
