Ya, I hear what you are saying but I believe as some customers will no longer qualify for a loan from RFC, others will start to fall into the RFC credit rating zone. So, I don't see business drying up soon. I'd guess they have actuaries re-looking at the numbers regarding pricing and how to qualify customers for a loan.
Also, if a recession hits then I'd say they will not have further labor problems. It is my understanding that the bulk of the problems they have had this year is more to do with staff turnover then supply of customers.
So, an unending supply of customers, new actuary estamets and a stable labor force working the books I'd think this company will hold its own. Maybe this will mean, it will persist in its growth rate? It will be interesting reading managements goals for the new financial year when they release the year end results.
