Then BARRICK trys to say back in agreement terminated in December 2022 by Reunion should still be valid.<br /> <br /> BARRICK might as well try I guess but Reunion says they will fight it and it has no merit. <br /> <br /> It's the biggest new gold find in the last 10 years at least from reading I've done. <br /> <br /> Barrick wouldn't be trying this frivolous lawsuit unless there are really huge numbers at stake here for one of the world's biggest gold mining companies.
