RE:P.O.S.

RE:P.O.S.The problem right now is there are more sellers than buyers. Seems obvious, but there are a couple reasons for sellers to be selling.
  • People who bought recently and are impatient they get bored and sell.
  • People see the stock price go down so don't want to lose more.
  • Forced sellers, people who got stock based compensation and need to pay the bills.
What RHC investors need is buyers to come to the table and what will drive buyers to this stock.
  • Positive news, deliveries and cash flows. All we have seen is news that is negative for the share price, with the exception of the delivery news. The news has been mostly around share dilution, issuing more shares makes the current investors shares worth less.
  • Analyst coverage, someone to disemminate this news to potential investors.
There are buyers for the stock, but they are being patient, because they see sellers coming to them ond selling to them at what they are bidding. Where we need to see buyers ponying up for the sellers asking price. Right now the smart play is put in a bid for the shares you want, it will take time but people will sell to you unless something changes. When they sell you all the shares you want and you want more, put in another bid at a lower price.

Good news is better than a good story, which I think this stock is.
