RE:RE:RE:RE:video interview
I have lived in a town of 300 people. They sometimes lack a critical mass of complementary pieces that enhance success in highly technical areas. Arjae has a good reputation in oil and gas systems, but to my knowledge helium processing and cryogenic plants are new for them. I hope they are wildly successful because RHC could buy a few plants a year from them if their design is great, and there will be other opportunities for them if Saskatchewan relalizes its goal of providing 10% of global helium by 2030.
North American Helium has been installing processing equipment from Air Liquide, second largest industrial gas company behind only Linde, and has rapidly deployed six processing facilities. They also have ready access to capital and are drilling 30 wells this year and growing production quickly.
They are a model for what RHC is trying to do but RHC is right now stalled out by delays in getting theri first plant up and running. RHC has Ogema and Val Marie and shallow Climax nearly ready to go. They also have Nazare story which will be clearer after one horizntal well. But they really can't have ready access to more capital until production gets started and cash starts coming in. In fact they will have trouble even covering their debt unless that happens pretty soon.
