What can management do? Pack up the the whole plant and move it to one of there propertys in Southern Saskatchewan,That is what DME did when their property bombed out. RHC has the plant, they just chose the wrong property to put it on. Saskatchewan  would welcome them. Its a gamble, but what have they got to lose!
