RE:No competition?

RE:No competition?Partnership announced =/ contracts just that Home Healthcare is expanding their product offering by partnering with Vivify. So to answer your question, no I don't think they "won contracts." Also I think Home Healthcare is B2C while Reliq is B2B...two different business models.

One (At Home)has to employe a bunch of sales people to go door to door to get new customers. Converting existing customers (from physicial nurse to remote care) will not bring in additional revenue for the parent but will decrease their nursing expenses which increasing their sales expenses. Keep in mind, these conversions would be patients they already service.

RHT goes institutional getting contracts with multiple users. It's a harder sell of course but the pay-off is much larger in terms of sales-expense to revenue ratio. In my mind, this is a better/ more profitable approach.

It's interesting Home Health would partner with mHealth as their entire practice is built on offering in person, at home care (aka. nurses that go to your home). I guess if you can't beat them...join them.

You may have found RHT's first real competitor (Vivify) as they appear to target the same need albeit with a different style of product. That being said, in terms of execution they seem to be about a year behind (as this partnership was just announced), Texas is a pretty big place...., and how exactly are you gonna go long Vivify seeing as neither the co. itself nor the partner are publicly listed?

I see a co. that is trying to fill the same need as RHT, with a different product and business model, that also is a year or so behind and with no pipeline that you also can't invest in.

1) Not being able to invest in them makes this a non issue.
2) I like the head start RHT has of about a year
3) I prefer RHT's business model and approach (B2B).... seems a cheaper way to drive top level growth rather than B2C

But good for you, you found a similar product that you can't invest in with the same operational risks (if not higher cuz of the B2C conversion vs. B2B). Oh and it's also about a year to a year and a half behind in terms of actually getting clients
