This PR doesn't answer one big question: How much does this new service cost RHT? Obviously it's going to cost them something extra and maybe they save it for the clients who need extra hand holding but it's going to cut down on the gross margin. So don't cheer too loud. May be necessary and good for steady and efficient onboarding but it's going to cost something.
