Q.

I am assuming Paz had some ineligible patients and that is why Reliq is making sure it has the proper screening features in its software going forward. Does this mean that the contracted numbers previously announced (e.g. 15,000 for Paz) are too high because they include some ineligible patients?

A.

These patients were on boarded but there is uncertainty around being able to collect revenue from them. Not really too high, now just uncertainty around collections.

PI and Beacon are satisfied as well.  For confirmation, look at Paz, which was at 12k onboarded prior to hardware issue. If you have evidence supporting your "certainly not" claim, then state it. Or perhpaps you could contact the new IR group, not just make stuff up and claim others should due their dd.

80 clients in the pipeline is a dream and it is close to fraud.
You mention 6000 patients signed. But you are probably misleading all of the readers by forgetting to mention the number of patients that are in need ot the monitoring service and then become a patient once they are onboarded. The management of RHT wants all investors to believe that a patient from a clinic that has signed a contract is a patient for RELIQ.
Please do a reality check to filter out illusions.
Once Reliq has signed a contract with a Clinic. Their RHT monitoring patients require to be selected because of their chronic illness. You are likely to find that 20% of the patients will require iHUGO service.
So 66000 x 20% = 13200 patients that are revenue producing, once onboarded.
13200 x 50$ x 12= 7.9M$ revenue.
Need to validate if we have 10%, 20% or more. Certainly not the 100% that is believed by most. Do Your DD. Of course you did not have a chance to ask a question during the CC.
Hopefully CareOne will also operate in Texas. Not just NJ and NY. ????

I believe that she believed that to be true at the time she said it. I think the evidence is the fact that they announced that are now updating their software to prescreen for eligibility. That certainly seems to suggest that patients aren't as eligible as they thought they were. What percentage may be affected? Who the hell knows. Well, someone knows but she is no longer being forthcoming. We could email IR to find out, but at least for me, it is still radio silence...

thanks freelunch. I wonder why they feel they can pick and choose who they answer. Are you using the "contact us" button on the website?
