My question:

Hello Scott,

I noticed a new IugoCare.com website is out. Great work, it looks professional.

I have some questions:

1) I saw that the Paz Home Health partnership is not displayed anymore on the new website. It has not been replaced by other client testimonials. Does this mean that Paz Home Health has stopped onboarding patients on Iugo? Have they turned to another provider? Is there a reason why Paz Home Health does not seem to be onboarding new patients on Iugo anymore other than the 2018 revenue collection issue?

2) Is Reliq Health still doing business with Sioux Lookout in Canada? If not, why? The project seemed to have been a success from what we see on Vimeo. Why isn't it generating revenue?

3) I noticed that IUgo Well is advertised on the new website. I don't think it was there before and I haven't seen any news release from Reliq Health about this product. What is IUgo Well?

4) I read some case studies of RPM competitors and the major problem they had to overcome was patient adherence to RPM (mainly due to the platform being too complicated to use by the elderly). If Reliq currently has that problem, which would explain the loss of older contracts, I have no doubt Reliq will be able to overcome it. However, do you have an idea of what percentage of patients stop using IUgo Care within 3 months of being onboarded? In other words, what is the "dropout" rate?

His answer:
Thank you for your continued interest in Reliq and your feedback on the new website.  Please find my responses to your questions below.

1) When Reliq first launched iUGO RPM for medicaid home health patients in Texas, Paz agreed to be a beta site for Reliq to evaluate new software releases in a real world environment.  As the product has grown beyond just Medicaid RPM in Texas, Reliq has not used Paz in that capacity in a few years.  Paz is still an important customer and continue to on-board new patients but they are not A strategic partner.

2) There is no specific billing mechanisms in Canada at the federal or provincial level for Reliq’s services at this time.  The government provide support for the pilots and there has been discussions with various agencies about providing funding but nothing has been finalized at this time.

3) iUGO Well is a digital health and well-being solution for workplace places.  There will be some announcements on iUGO Well in the future.

4) The percentage of patients that stop using iUGO Care within 3 months of being onboarded is close to zero.

Best Regards,

Scott
