Only the $ matterRHT has decided to only divulge financials that appear on any and every accounting quarterly release like any other company. There is no accounting line for number of patients onboarded or how much they charge a customer, etc. All the spreadsheets require and analysts want are the $ per line item for expenses and revenues. From those 2 items, the level of growth or level of BS can be determined. For me, everything else muddies up the water and is irrrelevant. I don't sweat the details regarding their specific business model - just the $ matter.
The SP will appreciate if Q results matches earlier Q guidance provided by mgmt. End of story. Analyst projections for future SPs will come from actual past Q numbers, company's track record and mgmt's guidance for the year, etc.
