Just what do you mean by “correction is inevitable”?When someone put up a statement like this pls clarify because All Stocks either on uptrend or downtrend can use this. How much price retreat should be called a “correction”? 5%, 10% 15%? If same day price retreat and then recover strongly at the close then is correction still going on or correction is finished? I read charts and what we see is everything points to a very strong uptrend. Price fluctuations is due to ambulance chasers day trade for pennies. A more relevant question is “why does price keep rising ?” In fact we are experiencing “Multiple Expansion of stock price” - simply to catch up with the anticipated fundamentals.
The market will rebalance (as some people loosely call a correction) when the price has shot up ahead of the fundamentals. So where are we now? With today’s close @ 1.19 it prices in roughly 38000 onboards (adjusted for fully diluted o/s shares as of today compared to 2.62 with fully diluted o/s shares in March 2018). Is 38000 onboards for next financials ahead of the fundamentals? Every investor can figure out with his own rationale.
