The last statement in your post is key, because the only way to clear up the still large short position is for buyers to come in and clean the Basturdddss out. The last few days has seen pretty good trading volume, not so much today, atleast so far.
The only way to put the pressure on, would be an eye opening press release. As we have seen the usual on boarding patient news is not cutting the mustard. Any legal action, if it ever materializes will take years, so Lisa hit those shorting priks hard and hit them fast. Institutional buying power is what is needed to support the stock price and kick these monkeys in the balls.
Question is how does she make that happen? You can't just pull a great press release out of your arzzzz.
