RE:Voting

RE:Voting Just a clarification on something you said which might be misinterpreted (by others).  The company does have to put out quarterly financials with MD&A.  They don't have to issue NRs or give presentations.

I, for one, will be voting for Lisa, she is doing an excellent job at growing the company and the bottom line. Nothing wrong with being optimistic, and she showed she really believes in the company by purchasing additional shares recently.
Many junior companies do not survive, this one is not only surviving but is growing at a great rate. There is no obligation for a company to give out quarterly reports and one must remember that this is tax selling time of year.

Having worked for and owned several smaller companies I understand and appreciate the fine job Lisa is doing. Is she was not putting out these, granted, overly optimistic reports, the same ones here would be complaining they wanted more information. Would you rather no report or a pessimistic one?
