RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:"Impressive Progress"You seem to think institutions/fund managers are somehow involved with share buy backs.  Generally speaking, share buybacks are accomplished via market purchases over the exchange.  Institutions can be involved if they want to sell, but they're not relevant to the process.  That's why I'm asking you why you seem to think they're involved.
