I for one have no clue what your talking about, what new investors are going to save this company? What guys are you refering to, and what catalyst? I'm with Iscfa, with Lisa resigning we are left to assume there are now only two board members. Unless of course Lisa's advisory role is still considered being a board member, which I highly doubt.
So right now we have Interm CEO Chris Shields, the company tells us that they are looking for a new CEO.
