RE:RE:RE:RE:Financial Reporting Excuses (something is seriously wrong) The only straws of hope seem to be events and people all externall to this company. Allegedly, those who invested in a private placement did due diligence based on information we investors have not received and found reason to provide the funds. Those involved in regulation did their jobs by getting some evidence that the basis for the delay was not for something "nefarious" that would harm investors as regulators bought into a deal that just allowed this aberrant company to go on trading.
On the other hand, if private placement funders did indeed do due diligence, and regulators met their responsibilities, then the panic I see here today really is overblown. Given the track record of this company's management, we don't have anything coming from inside to hang much hope on. They destroyed their own credibility months ago.
