RE:RE:Link to BCSEC hearing regarding pump and dump allegations. What do you mean she was not aware of it and no proof? She was the CEO and signed off on all the alleged misleading invoices and F/S. In my opinion, the BCSEC will dig deeper as hearings go on and others may possibly be charged Or they may offer her a plea deal to testify, against the main actors. Just my opinion of course. Time will tell. hard to believe all this can still happen in this day and age.
Will be interesting to follow though.
