Lisa Crossley's Vitalhub interest was purchased by the Thindal brothers and associates after they had acquired the controlling shares of Moseda technologies inc a small health CO in 2015-
2016 which they planned as a pump and dump CO. I don't know the details of the deal but the thindals had no expertise nor interest in health care, therefore needed someone to give it respectability, so they nominated dr Lisa Crossley as CEO after they renamed Moseda inc as Reliq in 2016.
